More National Tour Dates

So the National are playing a few other places other than DC at the end of May. As of right now they're doing about a week of dates on the East coast, but the lack of a NYC date (and some other rumblings that I've heard) makes me suspect that more dates will be forthcoming.

Does that mean the new album is done?
