New Guns n' Roses, "Shackler's Revenge"

My thoughts after one listen? It's OK. I don't like the intro, but the chorus is decent, and Axl's voice sounds good. Is it up to par with anything from either Appetite or Ilusions? No. But, to my ear at least, it's significantly better than bad.
BTW, this is the tune that is going to "debut" in Rock Band 2.

Wow. To think this is the same band that made "Appetite for Destruction". Oh wait, it isn't. This sounds like what would have passed for cutting-edge hard rock in '99. Like NIN with a better singer. Maybe Linkin Park? I can only hope it fails miserably. How can it do anything but?
