New Bloc Party Album Out on Thursday!

Just saw this over at Tiny Mix Tapes:

Bloc Party is due to release its third LP, entitled Intimacy, this Thursday. This is a digital-only release, and will be followed by a physical release on October 28th via Atlantic Records. Apparently the band felt burned by the early leak of A Weekend In The City, and decided to release the album immediately upon mastering.

It appears that the physical album will have a slightly different tracklist from the digital version. The digital tracklist is as follows:

2. Mercury
3. Halo
4. Biko
5. Trojan Horse
6. Signs
7. One Month Off
8. Zephyrus
9. Better Than Heaven
10. Ion Square

BTW, you can pre-order the album now. For $10 you get the digital release this Thursday, and for $20 you get both the digital and physical versions.
