Birdmonster Update

Just a quick note to remind everyone that the new Birdmonster album, From The Mountain To The Sea, is available for digital download tomorrow at iTunes and "other digital media outlets." (I'm not sure if this includes eMusic or not, but I hope it does.)

If you're in the band's native San Francisco, be sure to catch the band's CD Release Party this Sunday (8/10) at Hotel Utah. It's not a full Birdmonster gig per se, but DJ Ted from Bagel Radio will be spinning the entire album, and there will be "special acoustic sets." I assume that means by Birdmonster, but they don't specify.

And, if you're not in SF, you can catch the band on tour with The Rumble Strips this Fall. Here's the dates:

Guess that means no CMJ this year, since it runs from October 21-25. Oh well. At least it looks like I'll be able to catch them twice on this tour.
