A Trip To Indie's Past

So I'm about to run out the door to the airport, but wanted to make sure I posted this before I forget.

In celebration of Sub Pop's 20th Anniversary party this week, Bradley's Almanac has a post detailing a very different festival that the label threw back in 1992 - the Vermonstress Festival.

Vermonstress featured an unbelievable lineup of bands, including: Beat Happening, Codeine, Come, Eric's Trip, Giant Sand, Six Finger Satellite, Sloan, Velocity Girl and one of my favorite bands of all time, Pond.

And guess what? Brad's got audio of every set played at the fest.

Seriously... go, now. I'm off to Ohio.
