One More Hour of Lost
Sorry for the relative silence here on the blog the last few days. Things have been a bit busy over at Rogomo this week.
Anyway, before we get back to our regularly-scheduled music coverage, I figured I'd share a great piece of news I just noticed over at IGN - there's going to be fourteen total episodes of Lost this year, instead of thirteen.
Apparently, even though producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse agreed to shorten the season as a result of the writers' strike, they simply weren't able to tell the story they wanted to tell this season without a fourteenth episode. Whatever, man... I'll take all the Lost they want to give me, especially the way this season is going.
The remaining six episodes of Season 4 will start airing on Thursday, April 24th, take the night off on May 22nd (when you'll instead get a two-hour Grey's Anatomy, if that's your thing), and then come back with a two-hour finale on May 29th.
Then we get to deal with a potential actors strike, and see whether or not that puts a final nail in the coffin of broadcast television or not.
Oh, and FINALLY, if you're reading this and it's still Saturday evening - and you're in D.C. - be sure to get to the Red and the Black tonight to catch The Jet Age, Dark Meat and Monotonix. Sure to be a very, very loud show.
