Lightspeed Champion (Finally) Coming to DC!

Just saw this over on the Black Cat schedule:

Tue., 6/3: Adam Green, Lightspeed Champion, Flowers Forever (Main Stage)

This is great for a couple of reasons. First, of course, I finally get to see Lightspeed Champion, who have released one of my favorite albums of 2008. Second, they're opening for Adam Green, which means that they'll go on stage relatively early, and that I can comfortably leave after their set and be home at a reasonable time on a Tuesday night.

Because, really, who needs to sit through an Adam Green set?

Will this sell out due to the lingering Juno effect? Will Adam play that stupid Jessica Simpson song? These questions, and many others, will be answered on June 3rd.
