Centro-Matic and The M's Hitting DC on 6/18

This one isn't on the Rock and Roll Hotel's schedule yet, so I'm not sure when it goes on sale, but I just noticed here that Centro-Matic and The M's are playing RR Hotel on Wednesday, June 18th. Awesome.

Centro-Matic will be touring in support of their new CD, Dual Hawks (out 6/3 on Misra). It's actually a double album, with the first disc featuring songs from Centro-Matic, and the second disc featuring songs from South San Gabriel, which is basically Centro-Matic with a bunch of friends. You can hear about half of the songs from the album here and here.

The band starts a 3-week European tour this week, and then heads back to the U.S. for a month-long tour of the Eastern half of the U.S.
