June 03 - Denver, CO - Red Rocks Amphitheatre
June 06 - Chicago, IL - United Center
June 08 - Toronto, ON - Molson Amphitheatre

June 14 - Long Island, NY - Jones Beach

There's no way the National aren't opening: Modest Mouse = big radio hit; the National = not so much. Sorry!

I'm sure you're right, but I just don't like Modest Mouse at all. I guess I'll just got to the beer concession between the National and REM.

Hmmm...sheds instead of arenas. Very inneresting.

Not too surprising. The last time REM toured in the summer-ish months, they did outdoor venues. Matt and I saw them at Jones Beach in early October 2003 (?). Holy crap was it cold, especially with the wind coming off the water.
