New Speedo Demo!
As I mentioned a while ago, the legendary John Reis (Rocket From The Crypt, Drive Like Jehu, Hot Snakes, The Sultans) has a new band called Speedo. Well, thanks to one of the enterprising members of the 9:30 Club message boards, I finally have a link to listen to some music from the band. No idea what the song is called, but I like it. A lot.

They are called The Night Marchers and are apparantly going to be playing SxSW. First show ever is February 8th at Reis' bar in San Diego (The Pink Elephant).
The Night Marchers, eh? Everything I'd seen had been calling them Speedo. I actually like The Night Marchers more -- Speedo's his personal (nick)name, and should remain so.
Yet another reason I'm psyched for SXSW.
