When will the Buy Early, Get Now program for the new New Pornographers album finally end?

I ordered the so-called "Executive Edition" back in June. When it originally went on sale, my understanding was that I was buying a 4-CD set (including the album, a disc of B-sides, a disc of live tracks, and a disc of photos and videos) that would all arrive in my mailbox together.

I was wrong. It soon turned out that the 4-CD set that arrived in my mailbox included 1 actual album, and 3 blank discs. We were promised that all of the tracks and data for the 3 blank discs would be made available soon, and that we could then burn the discs with all of that data.

The album has now been out officially for more than a month. Yet the Buy Early, Get Now program is STILL meting out tracks at a glacial pace. They're essentially releasing a song every week or two, and every time they do so, they tell you "don't burn your CDs yet!"

My question is this -- at what point am I going to have the 4-CD set that I paid for more than 3 months ago? How long do I need to sit here and wait for them to leak out tracks one-by-one?

Frankly, I've completely lost interest in this process. I'm not rushing out to download every song they release. In fact, I haven't downloaded one in weeks. This process is a pain in the ass and I don't have time for it. I am never buying this type of product again.
