Aqueduct = The Suck
Sitting in the 9:30 Club and seriously considering skipping Apples In Stereo. Their openers Aqueduct are one of the worst bands I have ever heard. I feel like my life is being sucked out of my ears. Please make it stop.

I love Aqueduct. Harsh...
As I'll mention when I get the energy to post about the show, their first song was amazing, but they went waaaay downhill from there. I'm sure part of it is just me, but you're never going to win me over as a band if you do a call-and-response bit about "Who's gonna bring the party? AQUEDUCT!". (I'm paraphrasing, but it wasn't far off.) Another part was the fact that they set the bar so high with their first song, which was a great, loud, 2-guitar attack, and then shifted into very synth heavy songs afterwards. Not my thing.
Can I assume that Julie Ocean were their typical excellent selves?
